Hampshire Highlands Arts & Music Festival logo

Finally, a festival in Hampshire County designed to celebrate and showcase our artists and musicians – The Hampshire Highlands Arts & Music Festival on September 22.  The festival is being supported by a host of organizations and businesses including the Hampshire County Arts Council, The River House, Anderson’s Corner, Honey Bee Studio, Hampshire Co-op and Heritage Marketplace and Hay Fever Band to name a few.

Local art instructor Missy Hogbin Shockey is diplaying her work at Bank of Romney main branch in Romney, WV until December 12. All pieces in the exhibit are for sale. Missy regularly offers introductory painting courses throughout the year, and one-on-one instruction if desired. Details and her contact info are posted next to her exhibit at the bank.

Award winning photographer Jeff Keister’s work will be on display from October 18 – November 29 at the FNB Bank,105 N High St in Romney, open 9am-5pm Monday thru Friday. All pieces are for sale, and the exhibit contains contact information for the artist. Stop by for a look and a free cup of coffee.
