Hampshire Highlands Arts & Music Festival – Host a Booth

on South High Street, Romney, WV 

Civic, Non-profit, and Charitable Organizations are invited to host a “booth” at our festival to provide information or solicit memberships or funds for their cause, subject to approval by the festival committee. Any items that are offered for sale must also be approved by the committee.

Non-refundable fee for a space is $20. Groups must provide own canopy, table, and chairs. All spaces will be located on So. High Street. Set up must be between 8-9:45 am and remain until 5-6 pm on Saturday.

Application Deadline: Aug. 24.

  • You will be contacted with your location assignment and set-up times by September 2.
