College Arts Program Scholarship

**  Submission Deadline is April 30, 2022  **

$1,000 scholarship for those about to enter college or in college pursuing a career in the Arts:

 Performing Arts, Visual Arts, Music or Written Arts.

Purpose:  To provide financial assistance and promotion of Hampshire County, WV, students pursuing a major in the performing arts, visual arts, music, or written arts (including teaching any of these arts).   

Awards: The amount of $1,000.00 to be applied towards school tuition & fees and/or room & board.  Up to two scholarships will be awarded.  Please note that funds will be disbursed directly to the educational institution in the student’s name.   

General Eligibility Requirements:

• Must be a citizen of the U.S. living in Hampshire County, WV.
• Must be a student by the upcoming academic calendar year in a U.S. vocational, two-year (Junior College) or four-year accredited College/University and pursuing a major in the visual or performing arts, music or written arts.
• Family members of scholarship panel judges are ineligible.
