OIL PAINTING WORKSHOP
Oil Painting with Chris Madden
Join artist Chris Madden for a four-hour oil painting class at Rushing River Studio. Bring your favorite paints, brushes and other painting supplies. If the weather is good, participants will have an opportunity to paint en plein air.

Bits and Pieces of the Landscape with Kristen Colebank
Landscape painting can feel intimidating because there is so much to translate onto the page. The Bits and Pieces watercolor workshop, led by Kristen Colebank, deconstructs the landscape into common elements — like skies, grassy areas, trees, stone and brickwork, and more — and provides tips and strategies for drawing and painting these subjects in watercolor.
Once emerging watercolor painters gain confidence with these “bits and pieces,” it becomes easier to incorporate them into a complete painting and improve their landscape work.

Beginner Crochet Workshop: Heritage Spa & Cottage Goods

This beginner-friendly workshop introduced foundational crochet skills through useful handmade pieces. Participants practiced single and double crochet while beginning a cotton washcloth and reusable facial round.
