The Hampshire County Arts Council has a rich history of supporting and encouraging local artists with art shows, classes and exhibitions.

Current programs include Art in Public Places curated by Ken Caldwell.  Artists are exhibited in local businesses such as The Bank of Romney, FNB Bank in Romey and the Romney Federal Credit Union. Anyone interested in participating can email 639klc@gmail.com.

The Arts Council holds a yearly Art Show that is judged and prizes awarded for 1st, 2nd and 3rd places and several Honorable Mentions.  For information on winners of the last show and  on the next one,  go to the Spring Arts Show page.
