Generally tickets are available at the door one hour prior to the performance. To be sure to get in and get a good seat, advance purchase is recommended. Seats are reserved with a post-it note starting from the seats nearest the stage based on the order tickets were purchased. Seats ordered together are reserved together. (Advance ticket-holders are free to move to other unreserved seats if they wish.) All advance purchasers will be listed on a reserved seats roster at the door. For on-line purchases, the PayPal confirmation serves as your ticket.

*If you order HCAC member tickets and your Arts Council membership is not current, you may renew your membership (or join) at the door or the difference between the member and non-member ticket rate will be charged. You can also join HCAC on this page.

Unless otherwise noted, everyone under 17 is admitted free with a paying adult to Hampshire County Arts Council concerts.

Charge your tickets via PayPal. You do NOT have to have a PayPal account to be able to order tickets using your credit card through PayPal. A $1.50 handling fee per concert is added (example, if you order 4 tickets to a concert, $1.50 is added, if you order one ticket for each of two different concerts, $3.00 is added.)

Your e-mail confirmation from PayPal will serve as your ticket, so print it out and bring it with you to the performance, just in case we don’t have a copy at the door.

Advance Tickets Currently Available Via PayPal. When you add a ticket, your Shopping Cart will appear below on the page and you can add or delete tickets there. (If multiple tickets are ordered for a single event, the $1.50 processing charge is applied only once.)

Reserve your tickets by check mailed at least 7 days before the performance to: Hampshire County Arts Council, P.O. Box 624, Romney, WV 26757. Please include a phone number so your order can be acknowledged if received with enough lead time to do so. Your order will be on a reserved seats list at the door.

Cancellation & Refund Policy:

If the ticket holder notifies the event The Hampshire County Arts Council that he/she will not be able to attend the concert and the event is otherwise sold out, the presenter reserves the right to “re-sell” the seat(s). The cost of the ticket(s) will be the ticket-holder’s tax-deductible donation to The Hampshire County Arts Council Inc.; the ticket holder will be mailed a letter for tax purposes.

*If an event is rescheduled due to weather or performer illness, tickets will be honored for the rescheduled performance.

In the unlikely case of a concert cancellation, a full refund will be issued to the ticket holder upon return within seven (7) calendar days of the cancelled performance date of the ticket(s) to: The Arts Council, P.O. Box 624, Romney, WV 26757. After that date, any ticket amount for which a refund request has not been received will be the ticket-holder’s tax-deductible donation to The Hampshire County Arts Council Inc.; the ticket holder will be mailed a letter for tax purposes.

Advance tickets make a great gift!
